Please come and join us for AFHNA's General meeting and CEU offering. As a reminder, these meetings are open to all AFHNA members and any nurses that work in and with AFHs who want to learn about AFHNA. The first meeting is free and then you will be asked to join if you like what you see!

Kaiser Permanente’s Hospice Program
Dr. Kehoe and Stephanie will be sharing their expertise on Hospice, current Medicare guidelines, challenges working with AFHs and with families choosing to use the Death with Dignity Law and requesting “aid in dying”.
We hope to see you there! As a reminder, the new AFHNA membership fee was decreased to $100.00 per year in hopes that it can more easily fit into your budget and increase the number and vibrancy of the membership!
